If you need an emergency dentist in Sector 51, Gurgaon right now, call Artistree Dental and Cosmetic Clinic on +91 92053 01454. Dental emergencies are seen the same day wherever the schedule allows, and the clinic is open every day: 9am to 8:30pm Monday to Saturday and 10:30am to 4pm on Sunday. It is not a 24-hour service, so outside those hours send a WhatsApp message, use the steps below, and call when the clinic opens.
Go to a hospital first if
- Swelling in the face or neck is making it hard to breathe or swallow
- Bleeding will not stop after 15 minutes of firm pressure
- You have had a blow to the head or the jaw may be broken
- You have a high fever along with a swollen face
What to do in the meantime
A knocked-out adult tooth
Time matters more here than in any other dental injury. Hold the tooth by the crown and never by the root. If it is dirty, rinse it briefly with milk or clean water without scrubbing. Push it back into the socket if you can, and bite gently on a clean cloth. If you cannot, keep it in milk and come straight in. Do not put a baby tooth back.
A broken or chipped tooth
Save any pieces, rinse with warm water, and hold a cold pack against your cheek. Cover a sharp edge with sugar-free gum or dental wax until you are seen.
Severe toothache
Rinse with warm salt water and floss gently in case food is trapped. Take a painkiller that is safe for you, as directed on the pack, and swallow it. Do not hold an aspirin against the gum, as it burns the tissue.
A swollen gum or abscess
Rinse with warm salt water and keep your head raised when lying down. Do not squeeze or burst it. An abscess needs a dentist even if the pain eases, because the infection has not gone.
A lost crown or filling
Keep the crown and bring it with you, and chew on the other side. Avoid household glue.
When you get here
The first aim is to find the cause and stop the pain. That might mean an X-ray and starting a root canal, smoothing and repairing a broken tooth, draining an infection, or removing a tooth that cannot be saved. The clinic has oral and maxillofacial surgeons and a paediatric dentist on its team, so a difficult extraction or an injured child can be handled here. You will be told what was done and what the follow-up involves.

Frequently asked questions
Will I be seen the same day?
Wherever the schedule allows, yes. The clinic is open seven days, so call as early as you can and the team will find you a slot.
Are you open at night?
No. The clinic closes at 8:30pm Monday to Saturday and at 4pm on Sunday. For severe swelling or bleeding at night, go to a hospital.
My child has knocked out a tooth. What should I do?
An adult tooth should go straight back in or into milk, and you should come in at once. Do not put a baby tooth back. Call the clinic either way, so the injury can be checked.
The pain has stopped. Do I still need to come in?
Yes. Pain can stop because the nerve has died, while the infection carries on. Have it checked soon.
